ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Earls Court One

Parking bays are available outside Earls Court One and these are accessed via the Warwick Road entrance. Bays can be pre-booked at the daily rate, either online or by telephone. A limited number of these bays are reserved for use on the day on a first come, first served basis and are charged at the hourly rate.

Earls Court Two

Disabled bays are available within Earls Court Two multi-storey (red car park). There is a vehicle height limit of 2 meters. Spaces for vehicles higher than 2 meters can be booked in advance by telephone. They will be charged at the online rate of £17 plus a £1.50 booking fee.

Booking

You are strongly advised to pre-book car parking as it is cheaper to book in advance. Book online at any time or call the Earls Court advance booking line on 0871 871 9809 between 0900 & 1700 hrs, Monday to Friday. Most major credit cards are accepted.

As a matter of policy Earls Court will always try to accommodate Blue Badge Holders if practically possible.

VENUE ACCESS

In Earls Court One, ramps are provided for wheelchair access at both the Warwick Road and West Brompton entrances. From here, access can be made to each level of the venue using either the staffed passenger lifts or mobility access lifts for wheelchair users. Earls Court Two has direct access on the ground level. Oversized wheelchairs and electric scooter users should make themselves known to a member of staff prior to entering the building.

VENUE PLANS

There are a number of clearly marked Emergency Evacuation and Refuge points on levels 1, 2 and 4 of Earls Court. Please visit the Earls Court website for further details.

MANUAL WHEELCHAIR LOAN

Wheelchairs are available on loan for use at the venue, on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 020 7370 8818 as your wheelchair can then be made ready for you on arrival at the venue. Please state whether you will be arriving at Earls Court One or Earls Court Two.

Both Reception and on site Box Office staff at the venue will assist in your enquiries as required. The Earls Court switchboard operates the 'Typetalk' system, the textphone relay service for hard of hearing people.

ASSISTANCE DOGS

All assistance dogs are welcome. Venue staff should be approached for further information. It is however not recommended that animals be subjected to the loud noises that may be taking place during the event. The venue should be contacted directly should you have concerns or special requirements. Please see Help and Assistance details below.
